The chapters are short, making the entire demo around a 15 minute play. What we can say so far is that this game is very, very different. The playing style is different, the story is different, and the role play design is different. Quantic Dream had a vision and the vision was achived 100%.
It is a little tricky at first to get the hang of the controls. The last controller I used regularly was for the N64, so I had some catching up to do. During one action scene where I was fighting a punk in some dumpy hooker's apartment, I got beat up pretty badly. Of course, if I was more comfortable with the controls of the PlaytStation that would have been avoided. I believe this game will make me a better PS3 gamer in general.
The second time through (watching this time, not playing) I saw a different story unfold for the first chapter. This has been one of the major selling points for the game, but until you are playing it and watching it, you don't seem to get how cool it is. I also got to watch the fight scene go much more smoothly, considering the experience of the player.
The demo has done it's job. We are ready for this game.
Oh, and the graphics are phenomenal.
